Rude, very rude. Has zero understanding of customer service. I would prefer kinder people to deal with. Being nice and kind would go a long way. They act like you owe them something and they are the boss. I also heard one of the staff talking loud and rude and shouting at another customer in another room. Not a relaxing atmosphere at all. I am so pissed off I really hope my review makes a huge impact on what I am about to say. I called there because I was in the area for a massage. I was told $70.00 for the 1 hour I agreed to and went and had the 1-hour massage, and gave the girl my credit card, she took my credit card to charge the $70.00 . Little bite I knew she made a charge of $75.00 on my credit card without my authorization to my account. This was my first time for a massage that I ever got.
