I paid for 2 sessions of noninvasive Lipo and skin tightening in advance, I only received 1 session before the state was shut down due to COVID-19, I asked for a refund since I couldn’t receive my 2nd session but I was told she doesn’t give refunds, which is understandable but come on, right is right....now it’s several months later and she still has not reached out to me for my 2nd session or offered a refund (I guess I just have to take another loss due to Covid) this is why it’s hard to support
Horrible, horrible, horrible experience before receiving any service. I had to call the police in order to get a refund for services I never received. The owner is very ghetto and unprofessional which also reflects the attitudes of her staff. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. If I could rate this business a zero I would.
