My experience with Dr Shanel Sharma and her staff could only be called outstanding. My cataract surgery actually led to my not having to wear glasses for the first time in about 65 years. It was unexpected snd like a miracle. Everybody there is cheerful and a good communicator . Best medical episode of my life.

Had a booking for 2pm, arrived 15minutes early. Only got my procedure done 2 hours after waiting. Appalling customer service. Especially seeing also so many other elderly patients also waiting like their time means nothing.. really shameful. You all are a very greedy, and seriously lack management skills. Doctors are knowledgeable and perform well, but good luck everyone will allow to be taken for a ride because of this.

It doesn’t take much to show basic kindness and respect to your patients, regardless of how busy you are. If a GP refers a patient to your service and there has been an issue with that referral, that frustration should not be taken out on the patient. They are simply following the advice they were given. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling insulted, aggravated and extremely uncomfortable. I found the manner in which I was spoken to unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
