It doesn’t take much to show basic kindness and respect to your patients, regardless of how busy you are. If a GP refers a patient to your service and there has been an issue with that referral, that frustration should not be taken out on the patient. They are simply following the advice they were given. Dr. Daya Sharma performed my Laser eye surgery (SMILE/ Lenticular Extraction) and is an exceptional eye surgeon. He was caring, compassionate and highly meticulous in his work. At each step he explained the process thoroughly and took time to understand the questions and provided meaningful answers. Even during the day of surgery he was empathetic to my anxiety levels and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend Dr. Daya Sharma.
