Dr Shanel is extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen her interact with young and old and she is the same warm person. The ancillary staff and reception staff are fantastic. Friendly and explain everything as they go. You can't go past this practice for excellence in caring for your eye health.
