He was very polite, did not rush me through my exam or procedure, and talked me through it step by step. He removed a mole off of my face and a few days later i broke my leg and was unable to come to his office for a check up so he dropped by my house ( which is across the street from his house) to make sure i was healing correctly and gave me an anti-scarring cream.
