Every chair in the lobby was packed and I was considering leaving. They took me as a walk in and it only took about 10 minutes for them to get me into an exam. Prices are very fair. I really have no complaints. Even when they look slam packed, they were very quick getting me seen. Doctor was remote but the techs did an awesome job getting me taken care of quickly and finding my prescription.
They are very nice people and make the experience really fun with children. They are patient and don't rush anyone. Great establishment overall !!
I personally did not like the new iberia location because there is not an actual doctor in the clinic. you only get to see technicians. I know my eye prescription and he put me in a much lower one and I kept telling him I could not see good and he got aggrevated and told me to come back in two weeks and try again when all he had to do was strengthen my prescription. I personally am not going back there again
Very thorough and nice. This has been the best experience and they were not dismissive to my concerns either.
