Dr. Frisch and the entire team at Eye Health Physicians of Lancaster provided an exceptional level of care. I am sad to see Dr. Frisch retire, but wish him well. He's retiring and we have to have our records transferred to another facility which is fine . I don't think it's right and several other people agree with me. They don't think it's right that we have to have our records transferred and us pay for them. I talked to several different people. Where there eye doctors retired and all their records were transferred for free because they retired. I don't think we should be held responsible for paying for our records to be transferred. My mom sees Dr. Frisch, for her glaucoma. He has been super, explains every little detail and really cares. We will miss him now that he is retiring. Never had any issues with the front desk staff. Actually they have been very friendly and professional.
