The Dr himself is amazing. The receptionist has to be the rudest person I have ever met.
Well, I can say that I don't relate to the negative reviews that rate a doctor's skills based on waiting an hour longer than they planned. Dr. Bregman performed cataract and laser surgery on my eyes less than a year ago. His staff was very helpful. The tests they ran were high tech and the surgery was outpatient and fast. I was called several times by the nurse after surgery and they genuinely cared. Waiting is nothing new when it comes to doctor's offices. My sight is great and Dr Bregman was great. Happy!
Wife had an appointment today Time of her appointment was 10am waited over a hour before being seen did not get out of there till 12:15 they stated that they were over book for some reason. This is not the way to treat your patients, they should have known that they were over book the day before and could have called patients to let them decide if they want to reschedule their appointment, our time is very important to us. Had cataract surgery in September and October of last year. Had a terrible experience. I kept going back and telling them that I didn't think they got all the cateract off my right eye had a blind spot in my left eye. Kept going back thru March of this year (2017). They didn't seem concerned. I finally went to another Dr. and told him my situation. He checked my eyes the right eye had a film under the lens that Bregman put in he had to to laser surgery.
