I was very pleased with my first visit with this establishment! Very friendly and clean location! Dr Tung very professional and experienced, did not rush through my appointment and very thorough! Great variety of glasses to choose from! I would definitely refer anyone looking for a new Optometrist or an upgrade from your old ! 2020 Jerry

0 star. Dr Trung is very unprofessional. Her poor accent causes a lot of friction. Her impatience in explaining things made me doubt how she was able to get her degree. I walked out with no prescription and no contact lenses ordered but still got charged for almost 100 dollars? $60 for contact lenses exam and $35 for tutorial on putting on contact lenses. Upon arriving to check in for my appointment, the front desk staff answered my many questions and walked me through the process. During my appointment I was listened to and I felt secure thanks to the Doctors explanations. Will return in the future.

We had a disappointing experience here. While the doctor was excellent, the contact lens training was inadequate. The staff did not provide proper assistance and I ended up with persistent eye pain. When having pain issues, my wife eventually had to step in and do majority of the training. To make matters worse, they only mentioned about the training charges while the training was ongoing.
