great staff and friendly doctors I have been under the care of Eye Health Northwest for 13 years while wearing glasses and then as a patient of laser eye surgery. Sometimes the wait can be long but these doctors are the best at what they do. My laser surgery in particular was a wonderful experience, I was nervous and my doctor had a very comforting demeanor and made sure I was informed about every step of the process and what to expect. Couldn't communicate with this office I've been trying for nearly a month to make an appointment. Since I am traveling from a foreign country, it required some special scheduling. The office is simply incapable of dealing with this problem. Promises to call, promise to send emails which never arrive (after several weeks of poor telephone service) but I am giving up. If a doctor can't run an office, I don't think I want him operating on my eyes.
Great! Our family has seen Dr.s Aaby, David and Cook at the Hoyt St Clinic. They have all been very efficient and professional. Although I have never had eye surgery, other family members have and they have had good experiences. I would not hesitate to use any of these doctors for any eye problem.
