Dr. Arroyo and his whole team have been a delight to work with. From beginning to end, the experience has been positive as they help to bring resolution to my dry eye symptoms. The whole team is friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Arroyo is very knowledgeable, responsive and personally interested in my experience and progress. I have felt cared for, listened to and respected by the whole team. I had multiple options in getting help for my dry eyes and so glad I picked them!
First of all, if you don't have prior experience into specializing with toddlers and NO PATIENCE for them - please give me a referral for an eye doctor for kids. Dr. Arroyo went on a rant saying "toddlers have mercury in their system , that's why they can't stay still." Worst experience ever, mostly because he suggested that my toddler may need to be put to sleep to do an Eye Exam. I wonder if he recommends that to his own staff that have kids as well. No problem with staff, very accommodating..
I was diagnosed with glaucoma several years ago and Dr. Arroyo was recommended by a friend who has been very happy with the services provided so I decided to schedule appointment and so glad I did. Dr. Arroyo is very thorough and takes the time to answer my questions and explains everything so clearly and thoroughly. Staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful.
