Called to make an appointment for my son and was told we could not due to being a “no-show” for a previous appointment. I asked how that was possible as the only appointment we had scheduled was canceled by the office due to the doctor not being available that day. Turns out they marked us as a no-show for the canceled appointment, not sure how that works. I even saved the voicemail from when they called to cancel it.
