I arrived there 10 minutes before my scheduled time. I went to the counter and turned in my pre-filled out paper work and paid the $45 co-pay. I was told to have a seat and wait for the doctor. After I had sat there waiting for 30 minutes and older man went up to the counter and requested his co-pay back as he as he had been sitting for over an hour and they said they were sorry that they are backed up at the time! I had sat there for over an hour waiting and I was finally called back. The nurse did a test of some sort on... read more

The staff are both very nice & professional. Been going about 10 years. Dr. Gardener did my cataract surgery. A complete breeze!!! My Dr. Now is Dr Ellenberger-like him very much also. I would give the whole place a 5.
Dr. Fechter did an extraordinary job. It was the best experience I have had in any doctor's office, ever. He was compassionate, extremely intelligent, approachable, unhurried, empathetic, and an amazing listener. I left feeling at ease with a great understanding of what was causing my symptoms and a clear treatment plan. He truly embodies patient-centered care. I feel very lucky to have seen him. I had cataract surgery at their office. That went very well.I needed a medically advised eye lid tuck. I also had that procedure done there as well..I liked and TRUSTED the doctor that was doing all of my procedures. He lasered a part of each eyelid out and began to suture my left eye. At this point some female whom I still don't know who she was just stepped to my right eye and began suturing my right eye,while my dr.sutured the left eye. I wouldn’t return to this group if you paid me! They are an assembly line with no regard for the individual patient. If you choose to disregard this warning, be prepared to wait for hours and be treated like trash.
