This doctors office requested private medical information and when the information was provided the front desk attendant left the document on the counter for the next patient to view. This is a clear and flagrant violation of HIPPA. This is unacceptable at every level.

Unfortunately office staff are very rude charge 2 dollar for mask, or cancel your appointment. No matter how many times you visit the office as patient. I have no idea how the doctors made those ridiculous rules. More than 10 years as patient never-ever go back to the office they need to make sure the rules are not affecting they’re patients to walk away.
