Called to schedule an appointment for my little ones and their receptionist was rude really poor friendly costumer service. Saddest part is the doctors may be good but front desk is awful my recommendation to your team have your team put a smile and be kind and helpful to future patients. Remember your tone of voice over the phone is very important as well.
Dr. Knox is my eye Group doctor and I know he is the Best. Very Friendly and you never have to wait very long. Thank you for your great service.
