Nice office, courteous staff, and Dr. Ashford is very personable and professional.
Dr Mitchell and the staff were wonderful. They kept me informed all the time , everything was scheduled and on time through out surgeries and office visits.
Everybody at the Eye Group are very professional and work with you on every aspect of your visit. Dr Kosek is an awesome dr and correctly diagnosed and fixed my right eye an soon will be fixing my left .
Dr.Ashford has been my eye doctor for about 8 years now! Wouldn’t use anyone else!
Dr Kosek is so attentive and always has answers for my unique eye needs!
Still debating. Had to pay over 8k up front due to new procedure. Insurance has now paid and cannot get a return call after 3 voice mails and then another representative of the office sending an email to the person handling the refund. Have another surgery to go so may need to try the physician at UMMC. Disappointed with the financial side of customer service.
just be ready to spend a really long time there
Dr Mitchell and her staff are so incredible . I have a lot of eye allergies and they are so thorough with each bizarre allergy eye issue ! I even brought my mother ( 78 has dementia ) to see Dr. Mitchell and the entire appointment went very calm and smoothly . Hands down they are the best and Dr. Mitchell truly cares about her patients . Can’t thank them enough . Mary at the front desk is awesome too !
