Great experience!! Hands down
Service is awesome, everyone is professional, Very cool bunch of people that knows what they’re doing. You can tell that they prioritize their customers needs with a high level of customer service. Have not had any problems with any of the staff members and have always been received big smiles and friendly gestures. Their products and glasses are second to none when it comes to quality and durability. Overall a great experience every time I am there.
This used to be my go to since it’s so close to my house, but the customer service has declined and the wait time is ridiculous. Canceled my appointment after waiting 30 minutes in the outside lobby area. When I ask how much longer I was given an attitude until to have a seat and I’ll be seeing you shortly.
LULU is the best I’ve been a customer for maybe 10 years now they always treat me nice and their prices are great specially the deal for the off brand glasses 2/$100 .
Staff is very friendly!
