How do I make at 12:30 appointment and here it is 1:00 and yet I'm still being told that somebody else is in front of me while somebody else is still in the exam room. My point is I don't get why they have appointments, have you make appointments if they're not going to stick to the appointment time that you set it for. I had prior plans to pick up my son at a certain time from school I could not stay there until they decided they were ready they didn't know how long it was going to be or anything. The place was very nice and kind.And the people actually wanted us to save our money.
Best place ever! been coming here seven years now. Excellent service, amazing workers, Lulema and Kim my absolute favorites, their attention to your needs is topnotch. Dr. Chen is an amazing doctor who is attentive to your concerns and catches details other might miss. Trust me you are in good hands, you'll have good reasons to keep coming back.
