The eye gallery was recommended for my sons glasses and after taking him in for a fitting and ordering the glasses, we have experienced nothing but a nightmare of run arounds and haven’t received them after two weeks, despite being told they take a week “max” to get them. We have been customers here for almost ten years, but I am over it. I have given them so many opportunities to get it right, but it is clearly time for my family to move on. We love our doctor here, but the number of problems I have had with the office staff/management/owners - specifically in the last two years - is unacceptable. Dr Lisa and her staff are patient and understanding- explain everything and work with you so you have the best eye care and experience! They go above and beyond to make things right if you have a problem or need something. I made the mistake of trying another provider and went right back to the Eye Gallery !

Never again, eye gallery. Due to a change in insurance, I didn't go to the provider I had used for years. My wife made me an appointment, and I went on a Tuesday morning at 9. I was called back quickly, and the doctor came in. She was quick witted, and conversational. She up sold me a contact 'fitting' and gave me some disposable samples.
