I can't believe that at 12:45 till 1:00 that no one answers the stinking phone and that you get a voice message. I have 2 pair of glasses that I would like to pick up but, I'm not sure if they're done because for some stupid reason, no one answers the phone. I also call the Jefferson City location and got the same phone message. These will be the last glasses that I ever buy from them.
Very curt and unfriendly staff. Especially the lady supposedly there to guide us on the frames and glasses. If you ask her to clarify one question, she conveys exasperation. Similar attitude from the lady who checked me in. Surprised and disappointed.
Love their appointment availability and friendly staff! Also, being able to schedule my appointments online is really helpful, quick and easy!

I really enjoyed the experience I had at Eyes on Missouri. It is really difficult to find frames that fit comfortably and I ended up finding so many that it was hard to choose which one I wanted to buy! Their customer service was excellent! - Dana L.
