Despite asking, eye Florida to give me an upfront estimate before service, they keep refusing to do so and running unnecessary exams on my eyes then sticking me with bills I can't afford. I spoke to the lady( the lady with no manners, she barks) in billing dept one on one and explain I need to know estimate cost before the service. I showed up they took my co-pay.
