Great place extremely knowledgeable....
Dr. Gerdes and the ladies there are awesome!!! Take their time with you. Explain everything and are really helpful when picking glasses!!! Not trying to just sell you something!!! Patient with this hard to get a contact in my eyes lady And educate you on the proper care and use of your lenses and glasses. Not used to that kind of service!!! Thank you all so so much!!! So so happy I was referred here!!!
I originally booked with another provider in Waco but had a hard time working with them. I called Eye Fashion Optical to confirm they accepted my insurance, and get an appointment in. The woman on the phone was patient and very helpful. They were able to get me a same-day appointment easily. I was greeted warmly when I arrived, and the doctor introduced himself and made the exam comfortable while sharing helpful tips throughout. Dr. Gerdes is the only optometrist that can get my prescription correct. I use to go to his father when I was a teenager. He and office staff are warm, friendly and efficient! I always look forward to going!
Awesome optometry office. The entire staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and always helpful. They have repaired several pairs of glasses that I damaged. Dr. Gerdes has decades of experience and is very thorough with his examination. Can’t be happier. Thank you for all your office has done for my family.
