I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. After purchasing lenses that I was unable to use, I made repeated attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement. I received no meaningful response. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company, which ruled in my favour and permanently reversed the transaction. Despite this, the clinic has refused to cancel the insurance claim or provide confirmation that the claim is invalid. As my insurance only provides vision coverage every two years... read more

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU PLAN ON ORDERING GLASSES! paid 150$ to get a prescription for them to refuse to give me my personal medical info to be able to purchase glasses elsewhere. They were nice till they found out they were not making a sale. then told me to ask the people online where i purchase my glasses from for my PD number. supper unprofessional and will never go back.

Après un 4 ieme examen de vue ( que je dois payer)fait par l’optométriste en moins de 1 an du à des complications avec ma rétine je lui ai demandé de m’expliquer mon ordonnance qu’elle venait de prescrire et elle a refusé, me disant que l’opticienne le fera . I decided to write this review as I truly did not enjoy my first visit as a new client with Dr. Kirkey and I would caution others. The staff forgot to add a code for my assessment and she said ' the photo (of my eye) was not in focus'. She was not aware I was a new patient and I felt like a widget being processed through a factory line. My previous optometrist whom I had for 35+ years had a warm and informative beside manner.
