First time at Eye Experience Vision with Dr. Michelle Thibodeau I was very satisfied, she is professional, kind and polite. And Liane is very kind, polite she has a lot of knowledge she helped me with my eyeglasses. The staff are also polite and respectful. I recommend Eye Experience Vision for their excellent work and they care about their clients. I would recommend this place 100%! Very satisfied! 2 up!!

Bad customer service. Refused to give appointment for eye exam for my daughter without having health card info. Mentioned that I could provide at appointment and regardless I would be fine paying full price but was told they can't do that. Called again around noon to be put on hold for 20 minutes. Called a third time today to have the appointment and did provide health card info (expired card but have appointment tomorrow to renew) . Even if renewal appointment is book for tomorrow this seemed to be a big issue. Very unfortu... read more

I had a great visit at my optometrist last week. I needed to find a new frame and I was nervous about making a bad choice. Liane and the team at Eye Experience were professional, attentive, and caring. I was choosing frames in the mens section not knowing. Liane came over and politely said “those are mens frames”, lol. Woops. She chose a few frames that suited my face properly. She carefully listened to my concerns, and what I liked in terms of colors and shapes. She made sure I was confident in my decision. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. After purchasing lenses that I was unable to use, I made repeated attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement. I received no meaningful response. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company, which ruled in my favour and permanently reversed the transaction. Despite this, the clinic has refused to cancel the insurance claim or provide confirmation that the claim is invalid. As my insurance only provides vision coverage every two years... read more

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU PLAN ON ORDERING GLASSES! paid 150$ to get a prescription for them to refuse to give me my personal medical info to be able to purchase glasses elsewhere. They were nice till they found out they were not making a sale. then told me to ask the people online where i purchase my glasses from for my PD number. supper unprofessional and will never go back.
