It’s very upsetting that I have to schedule doctors appointments and important things in Manhattan because service in the Bronx is terrible. Receptionist and agents with nasty attitudes, office never answers their phone etc. I refuse to give my service to people with attitudes and no customer service skills. I can’t stand the front desk workers at Eye Express Optical they always look miserable as if they don’t like they jobs. They would rather do online shopping or check their Facebook then actually tend to customers. And with my luck I got the worker with a dog face who looked unhappy to do her job and on top of that she wrote the wrong tray number on my card.
