I get no communication. It’s been over 3 weeks and my child’s glasses still are not In I was told they made a mistake on the frames and had to redo the entire lenses waited another week and a half and called with no info. Never had a eye office take this long for a child’s rx. If I wasn’t forced thru insurance to go here I never would have.
Dr. Tonia Bradley is the best eye doctor I have ever seen! She is so knowledgeable and compassionate. I look forward to my visits and I know she will take care of my eye.

Huge Rave to Dr. Tonia Bradley and the staff for helping My daughter and I out this afternoon. A bit in panic mode as my daughter was poked in the eye with a wood chip at her daycare. Being 5 o’clock already, I was panicked that I wouldn’t be able to get her looked at until tomorrow morning. They went above and beyond to get her checked out to make sure no super serious issues had been done to her eye. I’m so thankful for these professionals and the above and beyond duty they had for us.
