Service was great! Much better than the other visits that I've had. New staff certainly made it a much better experience.
I was charged for contacts that I never ordered or received! The office never answers their customer service. So tired of playing with them! I was scammed! I told them I was thinking about wearing contacts. They said “CALL US IF YOU WANT THEM!” I never called but am being charged! For something I don’t want or received! I have been going through this since May! Reported them to BBB! Do not go!
The staff was very wonderful and knowledgeable. The process was very easy.

10 stars to the front desk. 10 stars to the technician. Everyone was pleasant and kind. I wonder if I was given a proper exam because of my Rx. I also feel like things were rushed and the doctor left the building be I could get checked out so if I had questions she was nolonger there to answere them. I was in the office about a month ago and there was a team member very inappropriately dressed, I felt the same yesterday with the tight pants and very small top the doctor was dress in. Very off putting.
