Very impressive my first visit customer service to the next level friendly professional knowledgeable and courteous each and every staff that I had contact with the front desk staff was amazing from my arrival to my departure i was blown away the best customer service I have received in a longtime thank you all for being the professional that you are and for caring Dr Yin in amazing patient education was very thorough easy to understand i felt very well taken care of thanks for all you do
Worst customer service and they give inaccurate information. I was told they do low vision exams twice and asked was they sure and said by Jasmine and another receptionist they did . I came from Midtown and and was a waste of time and I do not recommend this eye care doctor
