I am new to the community and had an eye problem which wasn't healing. I called the nearest office since I didn't have a Calgary doctor yet and Eye Effects scheduled me to see Dr. Adams within 45 minutes and on a Saturday. She and her team were professional, personable, and thorough. I had a diagnosis and a prescription in no time and I'm feeling much better. Thank you Eye Effects.
We went into the store to buy glasses and waited for over ten minutes without anyone attending to us. Their two employees were there – they had some things to attend to, but it was clearly not urgent – yet they still didn't come to serve us. I think customer service is a basic requirement of any service industry, and they did a very poor job in that regard.

We have been coming to both Eye Effects locations for years. My daughters love coming in and working with Judy picking out all the new and in style frames. Direct billing made the process smooth and with such ease. Dr. Adams and Dr. Waddell are both incredibly patient and thorough. I highly recommend Eye Effects for anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding service.
