Dr. E. Azzola is frankly a priceless jewel, the kindest, most caring, wonderful, technically proficient doctor in my 84 years on this planet I ever met and after so much negligence i got the kind of tests that proved being told I had retina tearing would go blind was a false report. I have had Dr. Azzola since 2008. Everytime I am in a bind and need my glasses replaced/repaired as soon as possible, (frames breaking or lenses need replacing), the team always gets my glasses back within days. They are accommodating and I really appreciate the empathy and great service. Thank you!

I ended up switching to another clinic because of the staff. Unfortunately, they were not friendly to deal with, and that made my experience frustrating.
We have gone to Dr Azzola's office since 2018. This year we decided to buy our glasses for his office. When I told his people that they need to submit my bill twice to my coverage company as I have two different prescriptions (reading and distance) and bought two different glasses due to this. Dr Azzola's employee told me that that was wrong, my benefits would only cover for one set of glasses. I than rechecked with my benefits company and reconfirmed that I was correct.
