Finally giving up on Eye Doctors, in Manhattan. This is the third time, in the past two years, that I have waited for an extensive time past my appointment to see the doctor, always without an explanation from staff, other than offer everyone coffee or water. Maybe they dont realize patients might be busy and have schedules also??? There is just way too much disorganization in the Manhattan office. So, Ill find a new eye doc or go to the Topeka location for Eye Doctors. The Topeka staff are much friendlier anyway.
While I my Dr., I find the office organization to be a mess! They gave incorrect RX information to my eyewear shop twice and billed me incorrrectly (overbilled) twice. There are a lot of people working the front desk and they all seem pretty discombobulated. You also wait a long time when you go in for an appointment. Have a great day indeed! Pretty fake tag line. Watch your billing! I wont be back.
I have had a hard time finding decent doctors of any kind since moving to Manhattan. I have to say the whole staff at the Eye Doctors are great! I had taken my daughter to another optometrist here locally and walked away feeling like I had been ripped off but that wasnt the case when we came to this clinic.
