I had a great first experience with Dr. Alisha. Unfortunately, my second experience was so awful it negates the first entirely. This is my first ever real pair of glasses. I thought everything was going well, I went to get my glasses at Costco, we were on the right track, etc. But, when I went to pick up my glasses at Costco they were very off. Saw Dr. Paul again today. Always a pleasant experience even when the news is not what you want to hear. I will never use anyone else. Dr. Paul is the best, his checkin person in front desk is super friendly. I know because she laughs at my jokes. Seth is great as well. Makes me feel good while spending more money. Strongly recommend this fine business.
We absolutely adore Dr Alisha and staff! We've been long time patients and will continue to come back! She explains everything so thoroughly and professionally. Her entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well!
I've been seeing Paul Harris for several years now and he is a great optometrist. The office has a retinal scanning device which takes high-res images of the retina, which they archive and can compare year over year for changes and signs of issues like macular degeneration. When I once had issues with a new, prescription they were very responsive and helpful in getting it fixed. And Paul is also very friendly and easy to talk to and discuss concerns with. Highly recommended.
From the moment I walk in the door I feel as though I have been seen. I walk with a cane and the woman behind the desk walked around the desk to come and speak with me. I notice and appreciate when people go out of their way. Every person in this office has always been very friendly, warm and welcoming. It's the only medical office that I enjoy going to! The doctor is very thorough and listens attentively to what I say without dismissing any concerns. I highly recommend this office 100%!
