Amazing! Everything just flows. I’ve never been kept waiting. Been there many times. Had cataract surgery by dr gorbatov. Ive referred a few people. From reception to operation. Stellar.
From the point of booking, to the end result, it was absolutely seamless. The whole team were so friendly and personable, it was so apparent they love what they do and the team they work with, it was an absolute delight! I cannot fault anyone at the practice, but a special mention to Naomi at reception, Lisa performing the scans and of course, Dr Beaumont. They made me feel extremely at ease and I would recommend in a heartbeat!
