I’ve been seeing Monya for several years now. She is down to earth, friendly, kind and GENUINE! I love genuine. And with her many years in the field I trust her care and opinion beyond a shadow of a doubt. Before Monya i was with Dr Gordon for several years, i could say all the same things about her. My switch to another Doc in the practice had to do with location changes on Dr G’s part but that change worked out very well because i moved over to Monya and was very pleased.
Dr Elgart is first class, thorough, extremely competent. My complaint is with the male optometrist who was abrupt and rude to me when I came to pick up my $1100 glasses, which needed a minor adjustment. I waited 15 minutes, inquired, and he said no, he had no time right now, I would have to wait. It was his tone that was do off putting. There are ways of saying you’re swamped, and ways not to. I am in the medical profession myself and would give him a “D” in bedside manner.
Good place. Very pleased. Friendly staff.
Poor communication between offices. Other than that there very good at what they do.
I was seen on time and everyone was pleasant.
