I had what I perceived to be an urgent eye situation. I called your receptionist was very understanding and was able to fit me in the same day. The service that I received was amazing as soon as I walked in the door . They took the time to explain the fees if not covered by ohip or my benefits. The assistant took me in right away did a series of test before I saw the Dr . She was extremely professional and so very nice . Everyone in the office is always so happy and willing to help with ANYTHING, from glasses adjustment to scheduling appointments around my schedule. One doctors appointment I don’t mind going to!
I always have a good experience at Dr.Parthipan’s office. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and I feel that Dr.Parthipan is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. Highly recommend!
