Great staff and fantastic doctor. She made a small adjustment to my multi-focal contact lens prescription and the results were fantastic.
Apparently was supposed to receive a call and email to fill out forms. Never received it. Went in and it felt like the eye doctor was rushing us and also untrained
It pains me to even give one star- if I could give less than one star I would. It was a waste of time. When I arrived, I was asked if I had my paperwork completed. What paperwork? Nothing had been emailed -or communicated otherwise- to me stating I needed to have paperwork done *before* I arrived. I was then asked if I brought my old contacts box with me, or a photo of it or my old prescription. No communication between the office and I (which was no less than 4 reminder emails about the appointment) stated *anything* about ... read more
