Just called for appointment, since center was on my provider list. On hold for 9 minutes while they "checked calendar for availability." No thanks, I'll go elsewhere, if you get this type of customer service on the phone.
I had a foreign object in my eye. Dr. Grillo was able to accommodate me within minutes and removed the foreign body. She and her staff did an excellent job in a timely manner. I will be a returning for routine eye care. Thank you
