When visiting Sevierville from out of town, my husband's glasses broke. Not only did Ranee stay open after scheduled closing time for us to get there, she fixed and adjusted his glasses without charge. That was certainly above and beyond. Wish we lived closer, she would certainly get all of our business.

It has been almost 3 weeks still have not gotten glasses keeps saying the will be here in a couple of days called again today still a couple of days will never use this place again still waiting on over 400.00 dollars glasses
