I dropped in yesterday with two pairs of reading glasses, both in desperate need of remedial care. I had the absolute good fortune to have Kay be on duty. She patiently took the time to address both issues quickly, skillfully, and professionally. She saved my day and deserves an immediate salary increase, especially because she refused to accept any remuneration for her time. I highly recommend Eye Designs of Armonk for your eye care product and maintenance.
Took forever to receive my glasses Incorrectly Done! Waited another 2 weeks to correct their error. Afterwords my lens fell out Unprofessional
Fantastic place. Stopped in because I had stepped on my glasses in my hotel room and didn't have a backup. They saw me immediately, spent a solid 20 minutes working on them to repair them, were super nice and sociable the whole time, made me feel comfortable and welcome, and then refused ANY payment when they were done. They saved my trip. I wish I lived close to this place so I could use them as my regular optometrist!
