Chattanooga Eyecare staff refuses to provide patients their PD. I can only assume this is to negate clients buying glasses elsewhere, but ultimately this is a huge disservice, and frankly ridiculous choice for their business to make. I have had one eye exam there, and felt the care I received was adequate, but as far as I'm concerned, pupillary distance is a piece of my prescription. Recommendedmost unique frames excellent staff
I was charged $1221.01 for services at this office. They only submitted a bill to my insurance for $412.00. I called insurance and they asked me to call their office and have bill resubmitted. This was way back in September. They never did it. Insurance wanted to see all charges but this office won't resubmit bill. Even if there are charges that insurance won't cover they should submit same bill to them that they gave me. Bad billing practices.
