The professionalism from the staff members is amazing! I went in for a simple eye exam and to pick out some glasses. Dr. Nguyen was so patient and very sweet. AnnCamilla and Valeria didn't hesitate to help me pick out a new set of frames. Thanks Eye-Deal Vision!
RecommendedI had an exceptional experience! The staff was very friendly, always looked at you when talking to you, nothing was confusing😊 The Dr was supercalifragalistic!!!! Dr Kai was very informative, explained everything in detail & was just super exceptional! Wish all of the practices were like this place!

**Potranco Location** Staff was extremely nice. But my prescription was wrong, and it was only realized after I purchased glasses from a reputable online company my husband has been doing business with for years. So I went back. First they said try to wear them for a week and see if it gets better, and made me an appt just in case. So I went back, after trying to wear the glasses for a week (painful) and after an additional exam the script they gave was a totally different prescription. Love this location...my second visit here. Hardly any wait time for my scheduled appointment. Staff was friendly and professional. Took less than one week for my eyeglasses to come in!
Dr.Kai is fabulous ! On the other hand that office staff .The worst customer service ever.The office manager on duty Saturday March 18,2017 should take some Business Mangement courses in Conflict Resolution, Professionalism, Cruical Conversations,Integrity ,Commincations and Ethics. Atfer contining her education perhaps she could be a more efficient leader by sharing best practices with her staff that lacks integrity .
