I give 1 star because without that I can't write my experience to other people. This is the worst Dr ever I meet in my lifetime. My 81-year-old dad had an appointment with this Dr. His appointment was 11.30 Am. My dad reached there before 11.30. After waiting an hour they inform us, that he has to wait until 2 pm. Before that Dr can't see him. And they called another patient who came after my dad. My father had an appointment at 11:30 am. He went there well before time. They made him sit for hours and upon inquiring further, they told him he won't be seen before 2 pm. Apparently you have to go there at least 2 hrs before appointment time. Just to sit around for nothing. If that's the case whats the point of appointment then? FYI, my father is 80+ years old, who uses walker, has disabilities. Horrible business practice. Never again.

I have been coming here for a couple years to get my contact lens prescriptions and they are great . Friendly staff, wait time is less than 10 minutes.

The receptionist at the front of the store said that I could not use a coupon deal on any of the frames. It could only be applied to high-end frames ($400+). What's the point? Also, she wasn't too friendly and was kind of annoyed that I was asking her questions. Worst service ever. Will not return. Do not recommend. Go across the street, they are great!
