I only came here after first going to the urgent care upstairs, who sent me to Bergan ED, who's attending said, and I quote, "WHY DID THEY SEND YOU HERE" like I was covered in snakes. (long story) I came in as a brand new patient, with a left eye that was matted closed, in pain and ya girl, TERRIFIED..
