I have been a patient of Eye Consultants, specifically Dr Joseph Townley for years . Dr Townley and all of the staff at Eye Consultatnt are tremendous: They are so knowledgeable and helpful. I always feel well informed and well cared for when I am there. Their work and expertise is much appreciated and I would highly recommend them !
Been going these guys for my vision needs for years. I went for an annual visit and I have insurance. When I checked out, I had no bills, but that sometimes comes later. I understand that. What I don’t understand is why am I getting a threatening letter dated on 1/27 saying that they’re going to send me to collections if I don’t give them $15 and then three days later I get the bill that they are referring to the threatening letter. They seriously over charge for contacts. The front desk is very unhelpful. Beware of their pricing!!
Knowledgeable doctors! Worth waiting for!! My family has been going there for over 15 yrs.
