I am leaving this review to express serious concerns regarding my mother’s recent appointment, and the atmosphere of this place. We were taken back by an employee named Rosemary her behavior was very disappointing. Her demeanor was dismissive and rushed, and she did not take the time to properly address our questions. When my mother asked about the new consent form for the injection, Rosemary responded by saying, “Just sign it. You signed it before,” without providing any explanation. Don't bother going to this factory. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment, as requested, and it was over an an hour before my husband even saw the doctor. He had made this appointment 3 months in advance for a very minor removal of a cyst on his eyelid. Once he was finally seen by the doctor, and moved to a different room for the procedure, we again had to wait nearly an hour for the doctor to return. This is unsatisfactory. Extremely rude when you call on the phone to make an appointment. I cannot imagine what the service is like in person, which is why I cancelled my new patient appointment.
10 am and they were already overbooked and behind schedule! The parking is an issue too. Took 5 minutes just to find a parking spot and then waited 1 1/2 hours without even seeing the Dr. The staff had no idea how much longer the wait would be so I left. Will gladly find a smaller and better managed office. The least they could do is refund my co-pay.
My father arrived 30 minutes early for his scheduled appointment and was denied care due to a Medicare date-of-birth discrepancy that originated on Medicare’s end, not his. Medicare continues to cover all of his other medical care without issue. Your office refused to see him, even after he offered to pay out of pocket. He was told this would cause billing problems and that he wouldn’t be reimbursed, which is incorrect. He was then told to go to Medicare and was rescheduled for January 2026.
