I received an email saying they have been trying to contact me to reschedule my son’s appointment which is not true, I was not contacted prior to that email. My son was seen by Dr. Dao on May 2024. That same day I scheduled his next appointment for May 2025 because due to his eye condition he needs to be seen every year. I wish everyone would stop coming here. I made an appointment a year in advance and they reschedule every three months. You end up seeing a doctor maybe once every year or two.
Of of the short technicians, her name was like chai or shea, was extremely rude last week to my grandmother who’s telling the whole nursing home community what a disgrace To the neighborhood and to the whole state of Virginia
