Dr Jennifer Dao was absolutely fantastic. Great interactions with my 2 year old and explained things very clearly to me while she worked. I couldn't have asked for a better care experience!
Dr Alani and staff have been wonderful
Since this practice move to a more expensive location they are doing more than it’s required for eye check and the insurance are not covering those extras the result is they are billing the extras check before they do anything at every step what they are doing and how much it’s going to cost .
I had an appointment on February 20 with Dr. Alomi at the Woodbridge location. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that Dr. Alomi was at the Springfield location. I needed to see the doctor, so l was offered another appointment for a month later, which was too long to wait. Frustrated, I drove 40 minutes to the Springfield location, only to find out from the receptionist there that the doctor was actually in Woodbridge. Staff is nice and friendly, but there have been long wait times each visit. I thought our initial visit was just a hectic day. What should be a 15-20min visit turns into over an hour due to waiting for the provider. (There were only 2 other patients in the waiting room). We will be not be returning.
