When I tried to check in online, multiple pieces of information were incorrectly entered so needed to call in to remediate. When I showed up for my appointment, the receptionist said they tried calling and left a voicemail that morning that they don’t take my insurance. No call or voicemail record on my phone. tried calling for appointment couple times but connects to the cumberland location, then the receptionist offers to transfer the call but its a voicemail.
