Had an original appointment at 9:15... and had them call and reschedule for 2:15. Showed up and the place is completely packed, waited over an hour just to be told there was still 5 more people ahead to even be seen into a room. This place double booked everyone’s appointments and expected everyone to just deal with the wait. Awesome doctor and staff. Appointment was on time even though they were busy
first time and they were all nice and kind very helpful when I had questions
I made an appointment to see Dr. Gupta on February 24 to see him on March 30, 2015 at 4 pm. The long wait was because he was out of town on vacation. I arrived at 3:50 pm, I was called in to see the technician at 5 pm. Then sent back to waiting room and called in to see the intern 15 minutes later. I told him I had my appointment with Dr. Gupta.
