Great people, short wait time for appointment.
I experienced severe eye pain that appeared out of nowhere. I called the Eye Clinic and Dr. Sullivan and his team were there to diagnose and remedy the problem. A week later my eye is much better.
The clinical aspect was excellent. Dr. was great. Only one issue there, the nurse failed to call in my prescription for pre-op drops, I had to call back and remind the doctor's nurse to do that. The big issue that I had was that my out of pocket expenses for multifocal lens ended up being about $600 more than what I was told on the front end at the Eye Clinic.
Well were do I start. As soon the desk lady was rude. Get to the back and they act like their doing you a favor by taking care of you not one person was nice. Well til it came to the money. Then they were all smile. Never go there. They will take your all day because they put people before you even when you have an appointment. Please go else were.
Wouldn't recommend. Had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Hammond. Lots of issues billing is inconsistent as well. Treat you like cattle, running people through and not explaining the options as they should. Ended up having procedures that weren't the best options for me. Seeing another doctor now with much better results.
