Had an appointment today at 930 AM,still didn't see the doctor at 1230.was told another 2 or 3 hour wait.l realized they take emergency patients first.End up leaving at 1 without seeing the doctor. Made an appointment for his office next week.
Uncomfortable Waiting Area – Needs Improvement I brought my mom to this clinic for her eye appointment, but unfortunately, the waiting area was extremely uncomfortable. The chairs are so hard and poorly designed that my mom couldn’t even sit for five minutes without discomfort. For a clinic specializing in eye care, where many elderly patients visit, it’s disappointing that they haven’t considered providing more comfortable seating. I was referred here by my ophthalmologist for further tests. A bit of a wait but to be expected with our underfunded healthcare system. The staff were very pleasant and the clinic itself is easy to find.

Edit: When I arrived I had a very polite and knowledgeable receptionist who was a pleasant respite from the the one who, in a shrill and almost rude manner; would convey vague and ultimately unhelpful information. I wish I had the name of the lady who had helped me when I arrived she is amazing! The highlight of my experience would be the doctor who examined my eyes and helped my fix/clean components of my glasses that I had concerns about.
