Lash tech gave me a severe infection that I'm still dealing with a year later! Lost all my lashes and still struggling to grow them back correctly and it all started here. I emailed them, didn't ask for a refund, nor was I rude I just wanted advice and help on what to do and nothing. Yall should be shut down and not have a license if u don't know what ur doing. U are dealing with peoples EYES, get an immensely better grip
