Was warmly greeted upon arrival and check-in. Short waiting period and was taken by technician to perform necessary testing. Seen Dr. Grisolono for eye exam and he explained all aspects of my eye exam. Everything went smoothly and without issue.
Professionalism, patient centered care and outstanding results
Was there for two hours and was never seen. Horrible service and ended up walking out and won't be back. If you have all day to wait around and sit than this is the place to go! I would strongly recommend seeing another eye center. The front desk clerks are the rudest people I've ever encountered before! Hope this rating will help out others.
