Thank you for looking at me like a piece of garbage when I walked through the front door. The woman you have at the optician counter is as sour as they come. I was then ignored for the entire time I was in the waiting room, even when I tried to approach the front desk. I wasn't acknowledged ONCE unless you count getting stared down as a greeting.
